Customer Advocate

We are looking for bright, young talents that are highly trainable to join our Customer Advocate team.

This position is a trainee position whose career path can either be in Digital Marketing, Content Marketing or Digital Product Management.

The role will work closely with the Marketing and Development team to make product changes that will increase the value our products and services give to our customers.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree

No work experience required

Job type: Full Time

Their tasks include:

  • Answering customers' issues via email and phone call.

  • Communicating with the Marketing and Development team to come up with solutions for customers' issues

  • Doing the necessary research needed to answer customers' queries

  • Testing and replicating the customers' journey within our sites to get to the bottom of the problem

  • Documenting issues and solutions for new concerns raised by customers and adding it to our customer support knowledge base
